My tool of the month is Karabiner Elements. It makes switching between Mac and Windows environments incredibly easy.
When working with Linux, Cloud, or Kubernetes servers, I prefer using a Mac. However, I have struggled to find a keyboard as precise, maintainable, cleanable, and robust as my Razer keyboard. It’s my favorite device, especially during long coding or DevOps sessions. Over the last three years, my fingers and hands have felt relaxed after every working day.
While a 100% Linux device would provide seamless integration for working with Linux servers, it’s currently challenging to find professional Linux workstation providers with reliable support. In terms of energy consumption and battery life, Apple Silicon is the best option available.
As with every open-source tool for Apple environments, please check carefully if it suits your personal setting.
